

Lunch salad with roast almond flakes

Ingredients:
- A handful of Stefik almond flakes
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 500 grams of Chinese cabbage
- 1 leek core
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- Lemon juice
- Salt, sugar to taste
Recipe:
Shred the Chinese cabbage. Peel carrots and apples and grate on a large-mesh grater. Cut the leek into thin stripes. Combine the whole with mayonnaise and add lemon juice, salt and sugar.
Brown the almond flakes on a frying pan. After roasting, pour it on top of the salad.
