

Banana Millet Pudding

Ingredients:
- Half a glass of Stefik millet
- 3 pieces of Stefik dates
- 3 pieces of Stefik dried apricots
- 1 spoon of Stefik raisins
- 1 spoon of Stefik coconut flakes
- 1 banana
Recipe:
Rinse the millet in a strainer and pour boiling water over it. Boil some water in a pot, pour the millet, dates, apricots, raisins, banana and coconut flakes. Cook over low heat, covered, for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. After cooling, blend it, put it into salad bowls, and enjoy the delicious taste.
It can optionally be sprinkled with cinnamon.
