Homemade sesame rolls

• 250 ml of milk,
• 100 grams of melted, cooled butter,
• 2 tablespoons of sugar,
• 2 beaten eggs,
• salt,
• 600 grams of wheat flour,
• 12 grams of dry yeast,
• 2 egg yolks,
• some Stefik sesame


• Mix wheat flour with yeast.
• Add salt, beaten eggs and sugar, and then add the cooled butter.
• Knead the dough and then put it in a warm place for 1.5 hours. IMPORTANT: it is best to
cover the dough with a kitchen cloth,
• After 1.5 hours, divide the dough into parts and form buns, put them on a baking sheet,
cover again with a kitchen cloth and leave for 45 minutes to rise.
• Brush the top of the grown buns with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
• Bake for 25 minutes at 185 degrees.
