• 500 ml of bouillon ,
• 18% cream,
• 2 tablespoons of flour,
• Stefik dried dill,
• Salt, pepper,
• Tablespoon of butter


• Make a roux from the butter and flour, and then gradually add the bouillon in such
n amount to obtain the right consistency (if you add too much, the sauce will be too thin),
• Whiten the sauce with cream and add a package of Stefik dried dill,
• Season to taste and leave to boil.
