• 50 grams of oat flakes
• 40 grams of Stefik royal dark raisins,
• 250 ml of water,
• A tablespoon of natural yoghurt,
• Optional: banana or seasonal fruit, e.g. blueberries
• Pour water over the oat flakes and cook over low heat for 7 minutes.
• Put into a bowl, mix and add a spoon of natural yogurt, royal dark raisins (they will add a sweet
taste), walnuts and selected fruit.
• that’s it! In just these two simple steps we have a healthy, complete and filling breakfast!
