

Sunny salad with iceberg lettuce, sunflower seeds and feta cheese

Ingredients:
- Half a head of iceberg lettuce
- ¾ glass of Stefik shelled sunflower seeds
- 2 tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Some feta cheese cubes
- Olive oil
- Favourite spices
Recipe:
- Wash iceberg lettuce and cut into strips. Blanch tomato, peel and dice it. Peel and slice cucumber.
- Empty out the sunflower seeds onto a hot, dry pan, without adding grease. Roast the seeds until golden brown, and then add them to the salad. Sprinkle feta cheese, add and mix.
- At the end, add olive oil and season to taste as desired.
- The salad is a perfect for lunch, dinner or as a side dish.
